Please treat the villa with care and leave it, along with all its contents, in good order and a reasonably clean condition. Any damage or loss incurred during the rental period, as well as any additional cleaning required due to negligence by the guests, will be the responsibility of the guest and may be charged accordingly. In the event of excessive or unacceptable damage or loss at any time during the rental period, Anukula reserves the right to require the guests, including visitors, to vacate the villa immediately, without compensation or refund.
Every attempt will be made for the guest to have an enjoyable and pleasant experience with us. If you have a problem during the rental period, please inform Anukula Management and we will try to put things right. For complaints to be addressed, the guest must communicate any problem while on location. If no complaint is reported during the rental period, Anukula Management will assume that the property was to the guests satisfaction and no complaint will be entertained later.
