Skilled Balinese artisans will guide you step-by-step in creating a ‘Canang Sari,’ the fundamental offering. Once completed, you’ll walk together to the Anukula house temple to present your handmade offerings to the Balinese gods.

Breakfast (Included)

Breakfast is served in the privacy of your villa, beginning with a glass of organic Balinese fruit juice and your choice of freshly ground coffee or tea. The breakfast menu offers a fusion of Pan-Asian and European cuisine, with some items prepared upon request, and others available at the buffet. Your butler will be happy to serve you.

Condition: We recommend ordering your plated breakfast menu the night before.

Bath Towels

If you leave them on the floor, we will replace them; if on the hook, they will be reused.

Bed Sheets

Changed every 3 days.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are non-refundable. The full amount will be charged to your credit card upon reservation. In the event of a cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

Note: Any changes to a confirmed booking will be considered by management based on possibility and availability.

Car, Driver, and Petrol (Included)

Enjoy complimentary use of a 16-seat HiAce van with a dedicated driver and petrol included during your stay.

Complaints

We strive to ensure that every guest has an enjoyable and pleasant experience with us. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please inform Anukula Management immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the matter. For complaints to be addressed, guests must report any problems while on location. If no complaint is raised during the rental period, we will assume that the property met your satisfaction, and no complaints will be entertained afterward.

Our team will do its best to accommodate your actual arrival and departure times based on availability. Please inform us of any changes to your schedule in advance, including airport pick-up, so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Charges

All accommodation charges must be settled 25 days prior to arrival. We accept Indonesian Rupiah and major credit cards such as VISA® and MasterCard®. Any additional charges incurred during your stay can be settled at check-out.

Cocktail Reception

On select days, the owner’s representative will be delighted to invite you and your family or friends for a “Sundown Cocktail Reception.” You will receive a personal invitation from your Experience Maker.

Damage or Losses

Please treat the villa with care and leave it, along with all its contents, in good order and clean condition. Any damage or loss caused during your stay, as well as any special cleaning required due to negligence, will be the guest’s responsibility and may be charged to your account. In cases of significant damage or loss, Anukula reserves the right to require guests and their party, including visitors, to vacate the villa immediately without compensation or refund.

Experience Maker (EM)

At Anukula, we offer 24-hour service like no other.

Upon your arrival, your Experience Maker (EM) will personally welcome you, assist with unpacking, provide all necessary information, offer an orientation tour, handle any laundry or pressing requests, and give you their WhatsApp number for seamless contact throughout your stay.

During your stay, your EM will assist with:

• Restaurant reservations, tours, and activities
• Massage arrangements and shopping assistance
• Room service, high tea, and romantic dinners by the pool
• Any other personalized needs or wishes

Think of your EM as your personal guide and confidant, dedicated to helping you discover the island’s hidden gems—whether through private tours, organized excursions, or even helicopter rides. Your dedicated EM, Kadek, is at your service for anything you need during your stay.

Your villa includes a spacious 200 sqm living area featuring a large sofa, bar, fully-equipped kitchen, buffet counter, dining table for 8, powder room, karaoke setup, and air-conditioning throughout.

Your stay at Anukula Villa includes a daily 45-minute Balinese massage. This service is provided by Anukula’s approved third-party massage therapists. Up to two massages can be arranged simultaneously at any location within the villa.

Your EM will assist you with finding a nearby money changer or can exchange the money for you if you prefer.

Meeting Room

Available for up to 80 guests in a classroom-style setup or 40 guests in a boardroom-style arrangement at the Sangam Restaurant. The meeting room includes all necessary facilities, and your EM will assist with the planning.

Pets

At Anukula, we welcome every member of your family, including your pets. Dogs and cats are allowed in the villa and can also relax at our outdoor Sangam Restaurant area. When you meet our pet-loving restaurant receptionist, there’s a chance they’ll have a treat in their pocket.

• Maximum 2 pets, each up to 17 kg
• A fee of IDR 12,000,000 will apply for deep cleaning or repairs in the event of damages
• Pets are not allowed in the indoor area of the restaurant
• A pet toilet is available in the villa garden
• Pets are not permitted on the furniture, in the beds, or in the pool

Payment Information

All payments, whether by cash or credit card, will be settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using the bank’s exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

Reservation Confirmation

Once full payment is received, the guest will be sent a reservation voucher from EH with confirmation details, including the property’s address, contact information for the EH representative, transfer arrangements, and directions to the property. This confirmation, along with the guest’s passport, must be presented upon arrival for check-in at the villa.

Romantic Dining

Available in the privacy of your villa, pavilion, by the poolside, or at one of the romantic gazebos in the Sangam Restaurant. Additional fees apply.

Need extra flowers or a special arrangement? Your EM will be happy to assist.

Room Service (20% Discount)

Room service is available from Sangam or as a special request/event. Your EM will assist with any requests you may have. Enjoy an extensive menu from the Sangam Restaurant, featuring Western and Pan-Asian favorites. The EM will set your table, and a selection of wines and alcoholic beverages is available from your in-villa personal bar. The Sangam menu is available in your room.

Restaurant Sangam (20% Discount)

Open daily from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM (last order at 8:30 PM). The menu is available in your in-villa service directory folder.

Special Requests/Events

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the villa for health and safety reasons. A penalty of IDR 8,000,000 will be charged for deep cleaning in case of violations. This penalty will apply each time any guest is found smoking inside the villa or if evidence of smoking is discovered.

Your EM will assist with your shopping needs. Transfers are included.

Swimming Pool Safety Rules

• Check pool depths before entering the water.
• Parents, please supervise your children at all times.
• Pool gates are available upon request.
• Avoid swimming immediately after eating or drinking.
• All persons using the swimming pool do so at their own risk.
• No lifeguards are on duty. Enjoy your private pool responsibly.

Valuables and Security

Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal items. Neither Anukula nor the Owner or the Owner’s Representative accepts responsibility for loss or damage to guest property. The guest is responsible for the property during the rental period and must ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked when not on the premises. Any act or omission by the guest, their party, and/or visitors that may negate or prejudice the property’s insurance policy and/or result in loss or damage is the guest’s responsibility.
