Arrival & Transfers

  • Complimentary Airport Transfer: Our driver greets you with an Anukula sign, refreshing towel & water during your 60 mins journey to the villa.
  • Daily Transportation Privilege: 2 complimentary hours daily with private transport & personal driver (extra hours IDR 280.000/hour).
  • Premium benefits: 8 complimentary hours daily for private transport and personal driver

Culinary Privileges

  • Breakfast: Served in-villa with organic juice, coffee or tea. Pan-Asian & European selections ordering night before 21.00 pm.
  • Floating Breakfast: Breakfast served poolside at no extra cost.
  • Afternoon Tea: Daily premium high tea, pastries, fruit, tea or coffee & juice. Served once daily in-villa or at Sangam. (60-min notice required)
  • Dining Options: Sangam Restaurant menu (20% off), private cook or BBQ (fees apply), romantic dining setups.
  • Mini Bar: daily refreshment of soft drinks, coffee & tea for premium benefits. 

Wellness & Relaxation

  • Massage & Spa: Balinese therapeutic massage from IDR 280,000 per person. Advance booking required. (Complementary 2x60 mins daily for premium benefits)
  • Cucumber Eye Cooling: Complimentary daily by your poolside.
  • Bath Rituals: Indonesian local amenities, flower bath (advance request, master suite only).

Family & Children

  • Baby Kit: Complimentary toddler tent, toys, bottle warmer, sterilizer and high chair
  • Babysitter: Available with advance request (fees apply).

Celebrations & Events

  • Birthday Celebrations: Cakes, flowers, dining & parties arranged by your experience maker.
  • Honeymoon & Anniversaries: Personalized touches & romantic setups.
  • Weddings & Events: Villa Garden (up to 35 guests), Sangam Hall (up to 250 guests). Catering & dcor available (fees apply).

Villa Living

  • Experience Maker: Your personal 24-hour butler for all arrangements.
  • Property: 1,200 sqm land, 880 sqm villa, 200 sqm living area with sofa, dining, kitchen & karaoke.
  • Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms for 8 adults 
  • Additional guests: Maximum 4 pax, IDR 1,200,000 per adult per night, IDR 800,000 for kids aged 6-12 years old
  • Pets: Dogs & cats welcome (max 2, up to 17kg). Cleaning fee applies (IDR 12,000,000) in case of damages. Not permitted in pool or restaurant indoor areas. 

Guest Services

  • Basic Laundry: Complimentary daily service. Same-day if before 10 AM.
  • Housekeeping: Towels refreshed daily.
  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary throughout villa & gardens.
  • First Aid: Contact your experience maker.
  • Shopping Assistant: Transfer included. Available for premium benefits

Policies

  • Check-In/Out: 3 PM check-in, 11 AM check-out. Early/late subject to availability (fees may apply).
  • Cancellation: All reservations are non-refundable. Modifications subject to management approval.
  • Smoking: Prohibited indoors. IDR 8.000.000 penalty for violations.
  • Valuables: Guests responsible for their own belongings. 

Damage or Losses

Please treat the villa with care and leave it, along with all its contents, in good order and a reasonably clean condition. Any damage or loss incurred during the rental period, as well as any additional cleaning required due to negligence by the guests, will be the responsibility of the guest and may be charged accordingly. In the event of excessive or unacceptable damage or loss at any time during the rental period, Anukula reserves the right to require the guests, including visitors, to vacate the villa immediately, without compensation or refund.

Complaints

Every attempt will be made for the guest to have an enjoyable and pleasant experience with us. If you have a problem during the rental period, please inform Anukula Management and we will try to put things right. For complaints to be addressed, the guest must communicate any problem while on location. If no complaint is reported during the rental period, Anukula Management will assume that the property was to the guests satisfaction and no complaint will be entertained later.
