Tentative Confirmation
Once we receive your reservation inquiry form, we will contact you to provide our availability, villa rates (inclusive of any applicable taxes), and the deposit amount required to secure your booking.

Reservation Confirmation
Kindly notify us via WhatsApp once you have successfully made the deposit via bank transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter with all the final booking details.

Note: Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• The balance payment is due on the arrival date.

Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover you and your party for the duration of your stay, including:

• Illness and evacuation
• Injury or death
• Loss of baggage or personal items
• Cancellation
• Other travel contingencies

Important Reminder
Ensure that your passport has a minimum of 6 months validity to enter Bali.
