Guests are required to show a photo ID and the credit card (the same used for the reservation) upon check-in. Please note that all special requests upon check-in are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
The reservation made through our website will receive a confirmation letter including the information and the inclusion of the reservation. Once full payment is received, guests will be sent a reservation voucher by Anukula Villa (AV) with confirmation details, including the property address, contact details, transfer arrangements, and directions to the property. This voucher, along with the guest’s passport, must be presented upon arrival for check-in.
Standard check-in and check-out times for villas are 2 PM and 11 AM, respectively, unless stated otherwise. Our team will try to accommodate your actual arrival and departure times, subject to availability. Please notify us of any changes in your arrival or departure schedule so we can accommodate adjustments, including airport pick-up.
The number of persons (adults and children) staying at Anukula Villa must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing by Anukula Management. Exceeding this number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited if the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
Please treat the villa with care and leave it and all its contents in good order and an acceptably clean condition. Any damage or loss caused during the rental period, as well as any special cleaning requirements due to negligence from anyone in your group, will be the guest’s responsibility and may be charged to the guest’s account. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage during the rental period, Anukula may require the guest and their party, including visitors, to vacate the villa immediately, without compensation or refund.
Your reservation is assumed to be for normal holiday purposes only. The guest agrees that the use of Anukula Villa will be limited to this purpose unless otherwise confirmed in writing. If you plan to hold an event such as a wedding or party that involves a larger number of people at the villa, or if the guest intends to use the property for a purpose other than a holiday, please communicate this to the villa management at the time of booking, as special approval or arrangements may be required. Non-registered villa guests must depart by 11 PM unless otherwise approved by villa management.
Anukula Villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. As a resident guest, you are requested to respect this and ensure that your entire group, as well as visitors to the property, behave appropriately. Illegal or immoral activities—including gambling, prostitution, prohibited drugs, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons—are strictly prohibited. Smoking is also prohibited inside the villa for health and safety reasons. A penalty of IDR 8,000,000 for deep cleaning will be charged for any violations. This penalty will be applied each time any guest(s) is found smoking inside the villa, or if any evidence of smoking is found. The villa guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests staying at the property, as well as visitors during the rental period. Should any guest(s) or visitor(s) not behave appropriately, the owner or owner’s representative may, at their discretion, require the guest, their party, and/or visitors to leave the premises and/or vacate the property immediately, without compensation or refund. In the interest of safety, due care should be taken at the property at all times, especially with children. Suitable supervision should be provided around pools, beaches, and roads, and when using the property’s facilities.
Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal items. Neither Anukula nor the owner or the owner’s representative accepts any responsibility for the loss or damage of guest property. The guest is responsible for the property during the rental period and must ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked when not on the premises. Any act or omission by the guest, their party, and/or visitors that may negate or prejudice the property’s insurance policy and/or result in loss or damage is the guest’s responsibility.
All reservations are non-refundable. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount upon reservation. If canceled, modified, or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Note: Any changes to a confirmed booking will be considered by management based on possibility and availability.
In the unlikely event that Anukula Management is unable to provide the guest with the booked property for any reason (including the sale of a property and force majeure), Anukula Management reserves the right to transfer the guest and their party to an alternative property of similar type and value, in consultation with the guest. If the price of the substituted property is less than the original booking, the difference will be reimbursed. If the price of the substituted property is higher than the original booking, the difference may be charged to the guest. If, however, after considerable effort by Anukula Management, no alternative of similar type and value is available and/or no agreement can be reached between the guest and Anukula Management, either party may opt to cancel the booking and this rental contract. In that event, Anukula Management will refund the paid amount to the guest, without scope for further compensation.
Every effort will be made to ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience with us. If you have a problem during the rental period, please inform Anukula Management, and we will try to resolve the issue. For complaints to be addressed, the guest must communicate any problems while on location. If no complaint is reported during the rental period, Anukula Management will assume that the property met the guest’s satisfaction, and no complaint will be entertained later.
The descriptions, assessments, and/or ratings of properties and surrounding locations provided by Anukula Management are given in good faith, based on the most up-to-date information available. However, we cannot be held responsible for any last-minute changes to the property or inaccuracies. Any descriptions, assessments, and/or ratings, whether from Anukula Management or third parties, are for informational purposes only, and Anukula Management will not be liable for any reliance placed on these ratings.

In no event shall Anukula Management, the owner, or their representatives be liable for any payment, refund, or compensation exceeding the total rental amount paid.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia. In the event of any controversy arising from the booking or stay that cannot be amicably resolved, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. Arbitration will be conducted in English. By making a booking request, the guest agrees that these terms and conditions have been read, understood, and accepted and agreed to without reservation and without exception. If any part of this rental contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of making a reservation through our website. A claim may be rejected if it is incomplete, submitted in an unsupported language, or if it pertains to a website in an unsupported language. For a competing rate to be valid, it must be a currently available, lower published online villa rate for the same dates, number of guests, and include similar or additional value-added amenities (e.g., breakfast). The rate comparison must be a direct one-to-one comparison.
The best rate guarantee applies exclusively to bookings made through our website. Anukula Villa Management reserves the right to deny a claim if it cannot independently verify the availability of the competing rate at the time of processing.
